Someone wants to be taller; someone thinks that he is too high and he does not need any height enhancer systems. Every person has specific desires regarding himself and regarding his height in particular. While there is no opportunity to reduce your height there are some ways to increase height.

There is no fixed standard on how much you can grow taller using specific height enhancer system. It all depends on the age when a person makes a decision to grow taller. Hormone somatotropin responds for the growth of our bones. It may take up to 23 -27 years, depending on the individual. The presence of such cartilage is easily determined by means of X-rays. Different non-surgical techniques promise increase of 5 to 15 centimeters during different terms, usually from 2-3 months to 2-3 years.
The length of the spine and legs constitute the basis for our height. Affecting spine in any way is quite risky, so surgeons offer to increase the length of the bones in the legs. This is a long-term and fairly painful procedure. It is done alternately on different legs. It is not recommended to perform this procedure for the both legs at the same time since the bones are first broken then they are fastened with a special device and with its help make the bone stretch.
I personally would not agree to undergo such a procedure since I know how painful it is and I saw people forced to wear such devices. I think it is suitable for those for whom the problem of short height is the matter of life and death. Also, keep in mind that you will have to sit at home for about year or year and a half. This is the period when the bones are fully stretched.

The impact of hormones
There are a number of hormones to increase height. This method is suitable for people who have a deficiency of growth hormone. Naturally, the hormones can be taken only after duration and intensity of the course is agreed with a specialist. The doctor should designate medical tests for concentration of somatomedin C and some other indicators. Among them the bones will be inspected with regard to the possible accessibility of bone growth zones. Use of such drugs can increase height by 10-12 cm over the first 2 years of treatment. The course may be continued in case of necessity. However, keep in mind that absolutely all bone tissues of your body will grow.
Two vitamins, C and E, facilitate formation of growth hormone. Their regular use increases the concentration of this hormone by 20-25%. Daily dose for vitamin C should constitute 150 mg. and for vitamin E 100 mg. In addition to them niacin can be taken (vitamin F).

What exercises impact
The emphasis of the height enhancer exercises is made on stretching and strengthening the spine. Hanging on the bar is used for this. 1. Stretching upper spine. It is achieved by bending and straightening of your shoulders. Pull up your chin to the chest, and then pull your shoulders. Bend forward, then bend backward, mimicking tensioning bow in opposite directions. While maintaining tension of muscles remain in each position for 6-8 seconds. Perform the exercise 18-20 times on each side.
2. Stand up straight, feet shoulder width apart, arms at your sides. Alternately bend to the left and to the right, reaching with your fingers your feet and then as low as possible.
3. Half-crab position. Sit on the floor. The back should be perfectly flat. Make leans forward, trying to rest your nose against your own belly. Then, lean back, trying to draw neck closer to the coccyx. Also remain in bending for 6-8 seconds. The total number of exercises should be 10-12.
4. Turns. It can be done sitting or standing. The back and head should be on one straight line. Turn fully to the left and make 4-5 swings in the same direction as if you are trying to increase the angle of rotation. Do the same to the opposite side. You should do 16-20 turns to each side in total.
